A welcoming movement workshop for adults aged 18+, exploring touch, trust and connection. Move in your own way, connect at your own pace and play together in an inclusive space where all bodies, abilities and experience levels are welcome. No dance experience is needed, and activities can be adapted to suit you.
The session is led by Mathieu Geffré, Artistic Director of Rendez-Vous Dance, an award-winning contemporary dance company whose work explores LGBTQIA+ themes, voices and narratives through dance. Mathieu is an internationally presented choreographer and facilitator, with a 15-year career as a performer and experience working with leading dance companies and artists.
Joining him is David Kam, an internationally recognised movement artist, educator and yoga teacher whose practice explores connection through joy, wonder and freedom. Together, they invite you to explore movement, connection and shared experience in a relaxed and supportive environment.
